New edition of Parry’s Tables published to mark UCEM’s centenary year

Richard Parry’s timeless book Parry’s Valuation and Investment Tables has been republished to mark UCEM’s centenary year.

The book – an essential guide for valuation and property professionals and students alike – celebrated its own centenary six years ago and the 14th edition was published this year in recognition of Parry’s role as the institution’s first Principal.

World-renowned publisher, Routledge, approached UCEM to produce the 14th edition to celebrate the longevity of Parry’s indispensable tome and several staff members worked diligently to bring the project to completion.

Parry’s Valuation and Investment Tables is still in widespread use by practising surveyors and students throughout the world – a tribute to the historical importance of Parry’s original vision and continued legacy.
