Partner with UCEM to elevate your leadership talent
At UCEM, we recognise that leadership development doesn’t just happen in the classroom—it happens in the boardroom, on the job, and through high-impact corporate training. If your organisation provides executive training, leadership development programmes, or professional certifications, your employees or members could be eligible for academic credit towards a bespoke MBA programme through our Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning (RPEL) pathway.
This opportunity allows employers and professional institutions to transform existing corporate training investments into a structured academic pathway, accelerating senior managers’ progression into a globally recognised MBA qualification.
What does this mean for your organisation?
Turn corporate training into academic credits
Your leadership and executive development programmes could be mapped to MBA learning outcomes, allowing your senior employees to gain exemptions from selected modules.
Bespoke MBA pathway for your leaders
We can collaborate with you to design a tailored MBA track that integrates your industry-specific training, ensuring a seamless blend of academic learning and real-world business challenges.
Accelerated, cost-effective MBA for high-potential leaders
By recognising prior learning, your employees can fast-track their MBA, reducing both study time and costs, while still acquiring a UCEM qualification.
Attract, retain and develop top talent
Offering a structured MBA pathway enhances your talent retention strategy, providing a clear progression route for your leadership team and differentiating your organisation as an employer of choice
How RPEL works for employers and institutions
UCEM works with your team to evaluate your corporate training and professional development programmes. We then assess alignment with MBA learning outcomes and determine possible credit exemptions.
A customised MBA framework is developed, integrating your training with our curriculum. Employees will gain a structured, flexible study plan, blending workplace learning with academic requirements.
Eligible employees submit a reflective narrative and evidence portfolio to demonstrate their learning. The RPEL panel will then assess applications, granting up to 40 credits towards the MBA.
Employees enter the MBA programme with advanced standing, reducing study time. The programme can be delivered in partnership with your organisation, ensuring a focus on industry-relevant challenges.
