UCEM receives excellent student satisfaction rates in the National Student Survey

UCEM achieved an 83% overall student satisfaction rate in this year’s National Student Survey (NSS).
The highest scores UCEM received in the survey, which was published today, related to how students’ individual programmes to bring information together from different topics, the quality of the resources available online and the ability to contact staff when needed.
UCEM Deputy Principal, Jane Fawkes, commented: “I am delighted with our overall student satisfaction rate. We work incredibly hard to ensure our students have an enjoyable learning experience and today’s result validates that work.
“All our staff and everyone who supports what we do should be incredibly proud of this achievement.
“As an online higher education institution, we have placed an ever-increasing emphasis on delivering an outstanding student experience and will continue to work hard towards this.”
