UCEM gets high score from apprentices
Posted on: 15 August, 2019
UCEM achieved a Learner Satisfaction Score of 81.6% in the 2018/19 ESFA Learner Survey.
UCEM’s score is a strong endorsement of the work being undertaken by the institution to deliver high-quality apprenticeships for learners.
UCEM Director of Commercial and Business Development, Stephen Bartle, commented: “I’m delighted with the outcome of the survey. The score underlines the positive experience most of our apprentices have with us and is consistent with the satisfaction felt by our employer partners which was reflected by the they gave us in the most recently published employer survey [2017-18 survey].
“The score is positive but I’m keen that it keeps edging higher year-by-year and we will do everything in our power to keep improving our apprenticeships so satisfaction levels are closer to 100%. We have made huge strides since offering our first apprenticeship in 2015 to becoming the leading provider of surveying apprenticeships and I hope we will continue our upward trajectory, successfully training more apprentices to launch their career in the Built Environment.”
