Arrangements for the Holiday period
To ensure UCEM staff have the opportunity for a break, UCEM will be closed from 16.00 on Monday 23 December 2024 until 10.00 on Thursday 2 January 2025 (UK time).
Whilst our phone lines will be closed during this time, the VLE and online resources will continue to be available to students as usual.
You will still be able to log enquiries via Student Central during the break, and responses will be made as soon as possible when we re-open in January.

Support, safety and wellbeing during the closure period
In an emergency and especially if you or someone else is in immediate danger, you should call 999 or the relevant emergency service in your local area.
All students can access SilverCloud this is our online cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) resource offering a range of programmes on mental health, wellbeing, and long-term conditions.
