How to become a Real Estate Consultant
To launch a career in real estate consulting, a non-cognate or RICS-accredited degree may be required. Most surveyors work towards achieving chartered status with RICS (referred to as MRICS). Experience in real estate management, asset management and strategy are also valuable.
