New programmes of study

As part of our vision to be ‘the Centre of Excellence for Built Environment Education’ we are expanding our offering by adding a number of new programmes. By introducing these new levels of study, subject areas and apprenticeships we can reach new students and employer sponsors and work with them to achieve their ambitions in the Built Environment.

The following programmes will be available to study from Autumn 2024:

MSc Urban Planning

A fresh approach to planning with an emphasis on sustainability, fully addressing the role of social and environmental factors.

Chartered Surveyor Apprenticeship – Planning and Development pathway*

Apprentices will study on our MSc Urban Planning degree. Upon succesful completion of the end point assessment, apprentices will gain chartered status (MRICS).

BSc (Hons) Architectural Design Technology

The programme will equip you with the technological, digital and design expertise behind the architect’s vision, available entirely online and on demand.

L7 Sustainability Business Specialist Apprenticeship

The only apprenticeship that specialises in sustainability within the context of the built environment.

L4 Construction Design & Build Technician Apprenticeship

This apprenticeship will equip you with the skills to bring to life an architect’s design to make it functional and futureproof.

L4 Construction Quantity Surveying Technician Apprenticeship

This apprenticeship is for those wanting to start on the journey of managing the construction procurement process.

L6 Construction Quantity Surveyor Apprenticeship

This CIOB accredited apprenticeship is for contractors wanting to become a Construction Quantity Surveyor.
